The entry into force of Plan S brought significant changes in the policies of some publishers.

For instance, the AAAS* publisher issued new policies concerning "Access Policies for Science, Science Signaling, Science Translational Medicine, Science Immunology, and Science Robotics" where the "addendum to the License to Publish" is explained.

*This publisher also announced the 2021 Awards Honoring Outstanding Science Books for Young Readers.
